Driving learning programs with a focus on individual contributor development. Responsible for clearly defining program strategy, driving execution, and demonstrating business impact. Partnering with business managers, HR partners, trainers and global learning team of Brink’s to implement programs clearly linked to business priorities. Support the external development of the training centre to position it as a value-added solution for clients.
Key responsibilities :
- Manage development programs end to end, establishing processes to streamline and methods to evaluate success metrics: strategy development, coordination, facilitation, project management and coordination.
- Identify, analyse, design, develop and deliver learning content and experiences in accordance to business requirements and aligned to the global learning policies of Brink’s.
- Professionalise and modernise actual training content, prepare trainer guides and develop new training content with the support of expert trainers/ subject matter experts.
- Support the learning & development strategies and implementation for Brink’s Indian Ocean.
- Participate in the development of Brink’s Learning Centre to position as first choice training partner.
- Manage the daily administration of the training centre : Client Management, Invoicing, Certificate Issue, Training Approval, Module Content review, etc.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum BSC in any management field.
- At least 5 years in a professional learning & development role.
- MQA trainer and training experience of at least 3 years
- Proven experience in customer relationship management.
Competencies:
- Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Project Management
- LEAN Management is a plus
- Excellent verbal and writing communication in both English and French.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills
